stephen ifill - In The Forest

When darkness arrives, moonlight it invites,
This quiet visitor, though, in time will receed,
But for the while, its shower it chooses to reveal,
It guides those who would relish,
Exposes those who would perish,
And clears bare,
Paths for those who choose to explore;
With each passing hour,
It opens, more and more and more,
To those who are the brave, and who are sure to endure.
