Locked in a drawer
It is there, waiting
Lying in a deep sleep
You have not seen it
And perhaps never will
It is not made for
Such mad eyes
You are a terrible judge
But I am a jailer
It is me, who has
Imprisoned it so,
An old photo of us
And I gaze at it
Our smiles were
Almost too guilty
