State prepares for expected flood peaks in December

South Australia is expected to see levels of the river Murray peak twice as flood waters move downstream. The first is likely early next month with another, higher peak around Christmas. Communities in the state's south-west are preparing with estimates the rising waters could inundate hundreds of properties.
