State Coroner hands down bushfire inquiry recommendations

The New South Wales Coroner has released her long awaited report into the black summer bushfires. She's highlighted the impact of climate change and says fire crews were so overwhelmed it's remarkable more lives weren't lost. But some fire-affected residents think the decisions of the rural fire service that summer needed more scrutiny.
