Star Trek Discovery - Review

After a few years with lots of Star Trek series, and with the current movies on cinema the only thing keeping the fans of Star Trek lore entertained, along come Star Trek: Discovery series.

Debuting on CBS a few days ago, the first 2 episodes presented a new lore, clearly intended to catch new watchers while side-winged with longtime fans.

Everything basic and more was there, sparking trekker stuff along with updated action and visuals.

Set 70 years after Star Trek: Voyager, Discovery felt like a smoothly blended mix of the exploration and action the fans expect from the Trek lore. Pushing things to a modern state, like the Klingon English subtitles during their dialog, gathering a much better out-of-this-world contrasting species. Kudos to the alien designs.
