STANIS è un progetto romano nato nel 2011 da un’idea di Giacomo Bartalini,Gianluca Coccia e Marilù Massafra.
Attraverso il rock, Fabio Volo e la disoccupazione, con un mix di melodia e (dis)impegno sociale, i tre riescono fin da subito ad aprire i concerti di artisti come Dolcenera e Marco Parente.
Nel Settembre del 2013 danno inizio alle registrazioni del loro primo EP insieme, intitolato “ALLA GENTE PIACE MORIRE“, che viene ultimato e pubblicato a Novembre.
Dopo 2 anni tornano con un secondo EP, “ICARO”, che comprende 5 tracce, pubblicato ad Agosto e preceduto dal lancio di “Breaking Bad”, singolo che trae ispirazione dall’omonima serie americana. Il 4 Novembre viene lanciato “Icaro”, secondo singolo e brano che da il titolo all’EP.
La band, che vanta un’intensa attività live, nel corso degli anni si è imposta nel panorama Rock di Roma e del centro Italia.


Stanis is a Roman project born in 2011 from an idea of Giacomo Bartalini,Gianluca Coccia and Marilu Massafra.
Through rock an roll, Fabio Volo (a Famous italian writer) and unemployment, with a mix of melody and (un)social commitment, the band starts immediately to share the stage with artists like Dolcenera and Marco Parente.
In September of 2013 they begin to record their first EP together, entitled "ALLA GENTE PIACE MORIRE", which is finalized and published in November.
After two years they are back again with a second EP, "ICARO", which includes 5 tracks and it is released in August,preceded by the launch of "Breaking Bad", single inspired by the famous american Tv Series. In November they launch "Icaro”,their second single.
The band, which boasts an intense live activity, over the years has established itself in Rock panorama of Rome and central Italy.
