'Sri Lanka must implement 13th amendment'

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa voiced her opposition to India's decision to supply naval war ships to Sri Lanka. In a a letter to the Prime Minister she expressed her shock over the move and now even Union Shipping Minister G K vasan has urged the centre not to go ahead with the selling vessels to Sri Lanka.
