SRC appeal: Defence wraps up case after six days
Description
After six days, Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s legal team on Tuesday (April 13) finally wrapped up its submissions on why the former prime minister should be freed from the 12-year jail sentence and RM210mil fine imposed on him by the Kuala Lumpur High Court last year.
Earlier on Tuesday, Najib's defence team submitted that the trial judge appeared "motivated" to hold the former prime minister to account.
