Sprouted Idli

Description
Ingredients:
250 gms semolina/rawa/suji
3 tsp curd/yoghurt
salt to taste
200-250 ml water
1 tsp cooking/refined oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
4-5 curry leaves
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic
2 tsp finely chopped onion
50 gms sprouts
2 tsp finely chopped tomato
1-2 tsp finely chopped capsicum
1/2-1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1/2 sachet fruit salt
Method:
Take semolina in a bowl.
Add in curd/yoghurt and 1 pinch salt. Mix well.
Add water, and mix again. Keep it aside for around 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add in mustard seed, and let it splutter.
Add curry leaves, and saute.
Add green chilli, and saute.
Add ginger and garlic; saute well.
Add onion, and saute until transparent.
Add sprouts, and stir well.
Add tomato; toss well and stir.
Add little salt; toss and stir again.
Add capsicum, and stir well.
Add coriander leaves, and mix.
Put off the flame. Pour it in the semolina batter (after stirring the batter well), and mix well.
Take idli moulds, and grease with little oil.
Add fruit salt and 1 tsp water to the batter. Mix well and pour in the greased moulds.
Put the moulds in a steamer, and cover it; steam in microwave for around 3-4 minutes.
Take out, and plate the idli.
Sprouted Idli is ready to serve with coconut chutney.
