zboard has an awesome powered skateboard that is stable, fairly safe and lets you control it with two sensors on the top of the board that do motion sensing. It has regenerative braking. Lean forward to go forward and lean back to stop. It's not whurley's mind powered board, but you can actually buy one from this Callifornia company.
