It's been raining all over the country.
Most places will see between 5 to 30 millimeters throughout the night,... which will be accompanied by thunder and lightning in some areas.
The mountains in Gangwon-do Province will even see some snow thanks to the low temperatures.
The nation's rain will most likely lift by Friday afternoon,...
Meanwhile, Beijing will get a good amount of sunlight and Tokyo with more steady rain.
The cold wind will keep the mercury low.
Seoul will kick off at 8 degrees Celsius, and the southern regions can expect just a few degrees higher.

The temperature will rise during the day,... lingering between 12 and 16 degrees,... but much lower than what we've seen over the last few days.
Morning readings will be in the single digits until Sunday,... but by next week, the mercury will recover and we can expect warm temperatures.
