'Well, expectations don't always align with reality and that's okay but OUCH, that must have hurt real bad.

This video, filmed in Pasadena, CA, features Adeola Heyman practicing her moves on a pole when, all of a sudden, she crashes on the floor.

She said: "I was doing a pole move and lost my grip. The irony of everything is I literally ordered a crash mat a few days ago. Wish I would have had it sooner. Special thanks to my friend, Nat who rushed to my rescue."
