Spindle Capping Machine

The Automatic Spindle Capping Machine uses sets of spinning wheels (or spindle discs) to tighten caps onto containers and create a secure seal. The standard machine features power height and individually adjustable discs for easy changeover from one cap type and size to another.

The spindle capping machine features a cap delivery system that will use a cap elevator or vibratory bowl to deliver caps to the container via a cap chute. The cap delivery system leaves the operator of the automatic capping machine only to occasionally replenish bulk caps.
