Spinach Omelette

Recipe to prepare "Spinach Omelette":

Ingredients:
1 tbsp refined/cooking oil
salt to taste
1/2 tsp chopped green chilli
1-1/2 tsp chopped onion
1-1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1 pinch garam masala
1 bowl chopped spinach
1 pinch turmeric powder

Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Meanwhile, break eggs into a bowl, and add in little salt, green chillies, 1/2 teaspoon onion, 1/2 teaspoon garlic and garam masala. Beat well. Add 1 cup spinach, and beat again.
Add to the heated oil 1 teaspoon each of garlic and onion; saute until transparent.
Add turmeric powder, and mix it.
Add spinach, and stir for a while.
Add little salt, and mix again
Put the flame low, and spread the cooked spinach evenly.
Pour in the beaten egg mixture, and spread it well.
Cover the pan to cook for around 1 minute.
Uncover, and flip the omelette to other side; cover it again for 1/2 minute.
Spinach Omelette is ready to serve.
