Spiders Blanket Australian Town
Description
Thousands of wolf spiders are seeking shelter from rising flood waters in Wagga Wagga, Australia. To do so, they are ballooning, which is when they spray webs high above the water level. Even if they're harmless, the images would terrify even the toughest bug basher. Patrick Jones wonders if FDR should have rethought that whole only thing to fear mumbo jumbo.
