Ingredients - 2 potatoes half cooked 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp black salt Preparation - Heat the oil. Add cumin seeds, potatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, green chillies, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, black salt, chaat masala and mix well. 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp dry mango powder 2 green chillies 1 tsp chaat masala 3 tbsp oil Salt to taste
