Dash cam footage of a speeding driver who thought he could beat the lights, but the lights were red for some time before he got to the intersection.
As he collides with a vehicle moving into the intersection, our speeding driver is hurtled towards a group of pedestrians on the sidewalk. Luckily, no caualties today. The collision took place in Kiev on October 23rd.
