Speculoos Ice Cream Recipe

This simple 4 ingredient ice cream will put a smile on your face!

Ingredients:
1/3 cup 35% cream
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
3 Tbsp Speculoos cookie butter

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a 2 cup measuring cup.
Whisk really well by doing the ‘Firestarter’… The cream will ‘whip’ a little bit and become frothy.
Place into your ice cream maker and freeze according to their instructions.

Makes 2 servings.
