Spectacular Open Goal Miss

Hallam FC may have enjoyed a comfortable win over Brigg Town in their opening game of 2017, but for one player, Andy Bates, it is unlikely to be a match he looks back on happily.

Despite having plenty of space and time on the ball, Bates missed his target, and instead, had an unforgettable miss hitting the side of the net.
