The Dewan Rakyat descended into chaos on Wednesday (Aug 13) after Kampar MP Chong Zhe Min questioned PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang over mentioning the 13th Malaysia Plan (13MP).
Speaker Tan Sri Johari Abdul then took the chair and ordered both sides to behave.
