Most of Victoria Shalet's appearance in the 1st episode of Series 2 of the kids TV series Spatz from 1991. This episode is called Star Attraction, and in this clip Victoria and her mother (played by Jo Unwin) enter the restaurant under the mistaken impression that they are giving away free hats.
