Looking for an easy and hearty stew recipe? Try these Spanish lentils, traditionally called "Lentejas". A meal whose recipe is passed down through generations :-)

Ingredients:
- 250 g lentils
- 1.5 liters water
- 1 potato
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 carrot
- 100 g bacon
- 8 slices chorizo
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
