Spain's pacifist group disbands

Spain's pacifist campaigners end their activities this weekend after nearly three decades, a landmark move in the history of Basque separatism.

"Gesto Por La Paz" or "Action for Peace" staged silent protests after every killing committed by the separatist group ETA.

Now that the ceasefire declared by ETA in 2010 continues to hold, the activists say their work is done.
