Description
SpaceX's Starship prototype suffered a setback after losing contact 8 minutes into its flight, marking the first upper stage failure since last year. Even though the Super Heavy booster made a successful landing back at the Texas launch site, SpaceX has not seen a Starship second stage fail since its second test mission in March last year.
