SpaceX crew capsule conducts dramatic abort test

Description

SpaceX successfully launched its Dragon 2 capsule from a Cape Canaveral pad at 9am ET on May 6th, 2015. During the launch, crews managed to successfully test the capsule's crucial abort system. It is expected that the spacecraft will take astronauts to the International Space Station starting in 2017. Credit to 'NASA' and 'SpaceX'.
