Soya Cookies

Recipe to prepare "Soya Cookies":

Ingredients:
1/2 bowl soya nuggets, boiled
100 gms refined flour/maida
50 gms caster sugar
50 gms butter
1 pinch baking soda
4-5 drops vanilla essence

Method:
Take a mixer/grinder, and grind soya nuggets into a fine paste.
Take a bowl, and sift refined flour into it.
Add in sugar and butter. Mix well.
Add 2 tablespoonfuls soya paste. Mix and knead the dough.
Add baking soda and vanilla essence. Mix and Knead a little more.
Take out small portion of the dough. Roll it round to a ball, and flatten a little. Place it on a grater, and press gently to design it. Repeat for more cookies.
Bake in the oven preheated at 180 degree, for 20 minutes.
Soya Cookies are ready to serve.
