South Korean beer export increases with popularity overseas

Exports of South Korean beer have gone up by over 50 percent this year on the back of growing popularity in China.
According to data from Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corporation..., beer exports for the year so far hit 1-hundred-21 million US dollars in September, up 56 percent from the same period in the previous year.
Exports to China up to September this year reached 69 million US dollars, up over 1-hundred-six-percent from the same period last year.
The most popular Korean beer in China is 'Blue Girl', a beer made for export by Oriental Brewery.
