Sonic the Hedgehog (Sega Genesis test)

I got a composite to HDMI upscaler today, and I have been trying it with various consoles. Here is some gameplay of Sonic the Hedgehog for the Sage Genesis that I recorded using it. I may need new Genesis cables as I have not experiences this buzzing sound on any other console I have tried it with.
