Description

A solar energy plane has landed in Morocco completing the world's first intercontinental flight powered by the sun. The Solar Impulse took off from Madrid in the early hours of Tuesday morning and landed at Rabat airport 19 hours later. The trip was staged to show the potential for pollution-free air travel.
