Solar garden spider light.

I made a solar garden light into a spider themed display. It was a pretty simple project, but required a lot of different steps. In it I draw, etch, fiddle with electronics, do wood working, and generally make like a pretend designer.

I'm quite happy with the final object, and can see a bunch of things i can do with what I've learned here. This is one of those art projects where I don't really overthink stuff, or plan much. I'm just enjoying making.

It took quite a long time to make once you take in the making, drying, and general faffing about - I wound up with about 3hr of footage, it's been heavily edited, and mainly sped up about 8x to make it semi 'not boring'.
