Noel Pabulayan was found dead at a dark alley in JP Rizal Brgy. Mahabang Parang Sta. Maria, Bulacan. Police officers also found his cellphone at the crime scene. There was a conversation with a girl which says that Noel was supposed to meet her on the night he was found dead.
