This is just an upload / format test for sampling video and audio quality and testing upload speed / compatability.
This video was recorded straight from the Snes9x emulator using a video Codec called Cinepak Codec which has a hig data rate of over 6,000 Kbps but... Notice the discolor and loss of color in the video quality. Not a good choice for encoding, instead go with the H 263 codec. It will be a dta rate of only 4,000 but looks much much nicer.
