Its all here: warm ups of 3x4xBWT. - Kneeling Jump Splits & Muscle Snatch in to Overhead Split Squat triples for 2 sets with 135.5lb.

Snatch Pull-->Snatch 1x2x135.5lb, 1x2x141lb

Snatches 146.5llb, 1x2x152lb, 1x158.5lb, 1x164lb, 1x4x175lb

Arthur Lift-->Overhead Split Squats 2x186lb, 208.75lb

What a great workout!! Kneeling Jumps felt fast & tight. The Split Squats feeling more coordinated each time I do them.
Once I got the groove of the Snatch Pulls, they just worked so well going into a full Snatch.
Snatches were just awesome! Not perfect, but man, they just felt so good! Timing, probably helped b the Snatch Pulls felt dead on. 175lb was obviously the upper end f my technical ability today but, I got NOTHING to complain about! Hallelujah!!
Arthur Lifts into Split Squats to finish with heavier weight were the perfect way to finish. God Bless!!
