This is a Snapchat story about a Chico State College student that was sharing the good time she was having all night, but by the end of the video it shows a fire broke out at the fraternity house! The female student took a turn for the worst by the end of the night. but everyone at the party was ok, no one was harmed. Two students were displaced from their homes because of the party.
