Info from Licensor: "Loaded semi truck going down the grapevine outside of Los Angeles, CA on highway i-5 north bound. The speed limit posted is 35 mph on semis. The truck passed my left hand side with smoke coming from the rear of the trailer. The truck quickly changed lanes and entered the run away ramp that are exclusive for emergency stopping."
