I did a self-filing in April of '09, missed a credit counseling class, eventually missed the deadline to get everything in, and finally, the case was dismissed. The courts here in GA granted me a motion to re-open the case, and I did do that. I've paid all the fees as well as I''ve taken the credit counseling class that I missed, per their request. I do recall that the trustee who was handling my case during my court hearing, informed me back in '09 that I'd made some minor errors on the forms when I filed. The trustee also said that since the errors were minor, the judge may or may not look over them. It was a 50/50 chance. However, those errors were never corrected, because as I've stated, the case was dismissed. Meanwhile, now that I've taken the required course and paid the required court fees on today, the court clerk informed me that now, the judge will either sign off on it (approve it) or dismiss it (deny it). The court clerk also informed me that the judge's decision will only take a few days. My question is, what could possibly deny me now, now that everything is in? -
