Each bill is approx $500.00 but I have a very large amount of them. Can I qualify for bankruptcy? Credit cards went to collection about three years ago but the medical bills are still adding up. Struggling very much living paycheck to paycheck and most of the time not even making it that far. I have paid at least $5000.00 in overdrafts to the bank in this past year which has not helped but that's another topic. I GROSS $43,000 a year. -
