Smart-Choke Attachment Review (PlanetSide 2)

Today we're reviewing the Smart-Choke attachment, currently only available to the Mag-Scatter (New Conglomerate) Pistol, and built into each of the Directive shotguns (Chaos [VS], Brawler [NC], Havoc [TR].) This review was mainly done to support what was left out of the Brawler review, as I wasn't aware it had a Smart-Choke at the time... can't say it's anything mindblowing, however.
