Small Cars has been in existence since Autumn 2005, playing dark and bright venues about Dublin and Galway, entertaining folk with their orginal collection of musical fare. Leading Small Cars musical path is Farrell's songwriting and musical arrangements always clever and hearfelt, literary poeticism at it best, every lyric belted out with feeling. Lead gutarist Mullally supplies SC's sound, evolving solos and hypnotic rock style always closely knitted with Farrell's arrangements. Combined with the percussion compliment of Ó Cúlain on drums this truly completes the trio. The eminent release of their self produced first album later in 2009 marks a coming of age for the band.
