1) Select cells D2 and D3
2) Insert ~ Charts ~ Insert Pie ~ Doughnut
3) Delete title and legend
4) Resize doughnut chart

1) Format ~ Shape Styles ~ Shape Fill ~ No Fill
2) Format ~ Shape Styles ~ Shape Outline ~ No Outline
3) Select Orange section
4) Right-click ~ Format Data Series
5) Fill & Line
6) Fill ~ Solid Fill
7) Gray
8) Select Blue section
9) Fill ~ Solid Fill
10) Green
11) Border
12) Solid Line
13) Color to Green
14) Width to 8pt
