Slayer resurrects after forced hiatus

Along with Metallica, Megadeth and Anthrax, Slayer is considered to be one of the Big Four of thrash metal. In July the four shared a bill for the first time, in Poland. Before that, because of singer Tom Araya's back problems, the future of the band had been hanging by a thread.
