Slack To Go Public Through Direct Listing

In a similar move to what Spotify did, Slack would bypass a traditional initial public offering. According to Business Insider, Slack is used by eight million people daily each year. It also has three million users who have paid subscriptions. As of now, the company is valued at just over $7 billion.
