Sixth accused in Nirbhaya case charged.
Description
These five men charged with the murder and gang rape in the Nirbhaya case. Now the sixth accused who is a minor has also been charged with murder and gang rape by the Juvenile Justice Board. But despite the barbaric nature of his crime, the 17 year old juvenile could get away with just a three year jail term as that's the maximum punishment that juvenile law permits.
