SIX ACQUITTED OF MURDER
Description
Six men who were accused of murdering Shivon Usrah Lewis alias "Tupac" were acquitted of his murder today due to the unreliability of the prosecution's main witness.
The men Frankie Bartholomew, Barry Alphonso, Seymour Miguel, Marvin Agard, Randy St Rose and Darryl Wade were before Justice Devan Rampersad in a judge-alone trial that lasted almost two months.
