Situation inside Batanes PPO Headquarters brought by #LeonPH

Strong winds brought by #LeonPH was captured inside the Batanes Police Provincial Office (PPO) Headquarters in Basco, Batanes as of 2:07 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31.
