Situation at KLIA improves, queues manageable

The situation at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, which was beset with a systems breakdown, improved on Saturday with the airport less crowded and queues manageable at the check-in counters.
Travellers also told Star TV that they had been receiving frequent updates by Malaysia Airports regarding their flights.
