SINOBALER - Long Stroke Baler

Sinobaler Long Stroke Baler SVBB2-400 is constituted by 10HP(11kw) motor, 40 ton pressing force, and with 43.3 inch(1100mm) Ram. It has an output capacity of 0.22 tons per hour, in balers of 132 lbs (60kg) to 397 lbs (180kg), and the output range is 2 to 3 balers per hour.

This vertical hydraulic baler is a must-have piece of equipment for any hollow plastic or can recycling facilities to compress the waste material into tight and compact balers for easy handing, storage, and transportation.

In terms of force and bale sizes, our long stroke bottle baler models can produce up to 880lb bales (final weight will depend on the materials pre-bale density, of course). Volume reduction ratio can reach 25:1 (this is one of the main advantages of the long-stroke - it ensures full compaction of materials like cans and bottles).
