Sino expert ‘optimistic’ about U.S.-China relationship

On the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, Chinese Foreign Minister met respected U.S.-Sino expert Graham Allison, the Douglas Dillon Professor of Government at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Allison told CTN he was”cautiously optimistic”that Donald Trump would build a successful relationship with China.
