Single Syringe Injection Used For 30 Students

In Madhya Pradesh a major health and safety violation incident came to light when it was revealed that a single syringe was used to give the vaccination to almost 30 students. Following the incident, an FIR was lodged against the Incharge District Immunization Officer.
