Sindal Benson - HOPE

I was thrown to the dirt
The dirt that I was created with
I was left upon the Earth
The Earth that we live on
I was trampled on like stone
Trampled by the wild beasts of this world
I was thrown into the darkness
The darkenss we all fear
I was thrown out by my mother
The mother who gave me life
I was one step from death
The one thing I fear
I was so close to hell
The hell in which there is no return
When I reached up to take a hand
A hand that brought me back from my deepest despair
I had fallen and had been given hope
This hope had given me water to sooth the dried soul
This hope had given me food to strengthen my fragile body
This hope took me by the hand to a land we all know
This hope was spread through my heart
This hope I share in hope to bring you a chance to feel hope for yourself
